As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions while adhering to best practices and methodologies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert technical guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Business Requirements workshops for fitment analysis, categorization, prioritization and implementation feasibility on Salesforce Platforms.
  • Design and migrate Salesforce Classic application to Lightning.
  • Design and Build UI/UX on the platform using LWC components in line with LEX.
  • Expertise skills in developing Sales Cloud application for various Sales Processes.
  • Design and Develop Community Portal for Self Service apps.
  • Create custom Lightning Components, added CSS and Design Parameters that makes the Lightning component look and feel better.
  • Leverage APEX Controller to make a call for external requests to retrieve data from various APIs and displayed, component Code vulnerabilities assessment.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Implement Salesforce Map Anything.
  • Integrate external systems using SOAP API and Rest API.
  • Build different reusable components based LWC framework and libraries to support common functionality and features.
  • Hands on to deploy using DevOps using Microsoft azure into Salesforce.
  • Migrate data from ERP – SAP, Oracle into Salesforce CRM using ETL tools – Informatica cloud.
  • Work closely with various tracks to ensure consistency of requirements and setting right expectations for the design.
  • Hands on integration with Vending machine and Salesforce using Salesforce IoT.
  • Hands on secure development and integrate ADO with Salesforce.
  • Implement single trigger framework across Salesforce platform.
  • Build intuitive UI for better navigation and reduce clicks using LWC and Apex.
  • Conducting breakout sessions with other teams to resolve design conflicts and address concerns.
  • Managing project deployments and rollouts using Agile Methodology.


Professional Qualifications/Skills:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce and Siebel CRM Applications Architecture, Design and Development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Administrator and App Builder.
  • Experience and deep expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle as applied to Salesforce CRM Application design and development services.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration with DevOps tools
  • Proficient understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud with ERP Systems integration
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Apex, Configurations, Customizations, Lightning, LWC, Platform Events, Data Migration and Integrations.
  • Communication Skills: Verbal, Written, Listening and Questioning
  • Strong Stakeholder Management skills: able to challenge the status-quo, the ability to influence and think through the solutions in critical stages.
